Email – Order Confirmation
Each order is associated to an order number and is emailed to a customer. Within the email is Billing Information, Shipping Information, Payment Information, Performance information with a hyper link to Google Map IT to help you find the venue. Other details include location of your reserved seat, and costs.
Print at Home tickets are downloadable .pdf documents,
triggered by selecting the blue bar in Shipping Information.
Shipping Information also shows patrons what delivery method they choose during the order process. Details include: (Regular Mail or Express Post) and the delivery address the tickets are to be sent to. The order delivery address can be different than the patron billing address, if customer wishes to have tickets picked up at an alternate location.

If you choose WILL CALL as your method of receiving tickets, your tickets will be available for pickup at the venue approximately 60 minutes prior to the show. If you choose mail, your tickets will be sent to the address you provided. Please note that with any mail, this can take some time. We do not guarantee delivery of mail within a particular time frame. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the performance, please call the box office at 226-289-1830 so your tickets will be at the event for Will Call pickup. Print at Home tickets must be printed in advance (see option in order detail if applicable)
TicketWindow Inc will be shown on your credit-card statement. Service fees are non-refundable. Automatic refunds are made on cancelled events only. You will have an option to refund or exchange your ticket on postponed dates.
