Exchange Seating Option
Telling your customer that it is final sale and getting your patron upset is a thing of the past because they can’t exchange their ticket for a later date. What happens when someone had chosen the wrong reserved seat, or the event has been postponed? It is always easier to exchange their ticket for the seat they wanted or exchange for the new date or even another upcoming performance instead of a refund. It is always an inconvenience to refund the order and re-charge their credit card costing you more in merchant fees and potentially lost sales because of the time involved in processing a new order.
