Solution- Box Office LIAISON
Licensed Software

Box Office LIAISON had the answer with a white label system that was branded to match their brand.

This client was looking for a complete box office to manage their ticketing and operations in one easy-to-use software. An online ticketing system that make it easy for their patrons to purchase online, or use a mobile device, and receive their ticket by email or pickup at the theatre.

The software allowed the theatre to set up their own events, manage reserved tier priced seating, and season subscriptions easily.

Also very important to the theatre was how volunteers needed to use the Box Office with little training to completely manage their front of the house ticket sales.

The software allowed the theatre access to daily reports and communicate efficiently with their patrons using both our patron management features.  Palace Theatre is now able to completely manage their box office and administrative operations.

Full Service Ticketing

In 2013, a new festival in Ontario inquired about ticketing solutions for their summer event. Organizers of this medieval  fair was asking for flexible ticket pricing for the two day festival, providing advance online group pricing and box office staffing at the gate. The festival was also looking for new sponsorship to fund the festival.

Since their inquiry, Box Office LIAISON has worked with the festival since 2013, providing offline and online ticket pricing including pre-sale and box office pricing.  TicketWindow.ca, has also acted as the official Box Office of the summer festival.  Ticketwindow.ca, powered by Box Office LIAISON, manages the box office, controls the gate, and develops and implements staffing solutions, including volunteer coordination, that maximize ticket profit potential.

In order to help the festival earn new grants & sponsorship funding for future events, Box Office LIAISON introduced Prize.TW: a software program that helps capture event data and statistics that measure the impact the festival has on its community. This data is used specifically for grants and sponsorship funding. The program has been widely accepted and utilized by not-for-profit and festival clients.
